Return & Exchange Policy :
We want you to love you purchase from 305 Main Boutique! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- All sale and clearance items are final sale
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
-Approved returns will be issued as store credit only (no refunds to original payment)
How to Make a Return :
- To start your return, please email 305mainboutique@gmail.com , Include your order number, along with the item you are returning, and reason for return. Please wait for response before shipping your item back.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
- Please ensure the item is secured in safe packaging that are not ripped or torn, causing items to be damaged. They will NOT qualify for a refund/exchange.
- A gift card with your store return amount will be emailed once the return item is received and approved.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- Once a package has been shipped, 305 Main Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost or missing packages. Any shipping issues must be handled directly with USPS.
-305 Main Boutique is not responsible for where carriers leave delivered packages.
-If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, a claim must be filed directly with USPS.
-We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

-Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
